• Tea Partiers Would be Kicked Out in a Heartbeat.

Many jurisdictions seem to believe they are infringing on free speech rights if they attempt to prevent the Occupy activists from setting up tents after seizing public spaces intended for the reasonable and peaceful use of all citizens.

Am I wrong or cynical to believe it would take about a nanosecond for those same jurisdictions to find a reason to prevent Tea Party activists from “occupying” those same public spaces?

Of course this theory is not likely to be tested because of one of the primary demonstrated differences between the Tea Party and the Occupy movements: Tea Partiers follow laws and rules. Occupiers don’t.
